Fish with “From the Core” Topping

1. Heat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, mix “From the Core” topping, cilantro, onion and chile.
2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil. Place fish, skin side down, in pan; sprinkle with salt, top with mixture.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped jalapeño chile, (optional)
- 4 salmon fillets or haddock fillets, about 1 inch thick (1-1/2 lb)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
